The Ranelagh Club is a historic, member-owned coastal club in Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula. Established in 1926, it is a vibrant social and recreational destination offering water sports, private beach access, dining and community facilities overlooking Port Phillip Bay.
This project involved the demolition and extension of the existing commercial kitchen, delivering a fully integrated hospitality facility complete with commercial kitchen, cool room and freezer storage, back-of-house staff amenities and administration areas. Works also included the refurbishment of front-of-house offices and management suites, together with site excavation, retaining walls, slab-on-ground construction, timber framing and structural steel. Delivered within a live operating environment with restricted site access, the project required careful staging and coordination throughout construction.
