James Webster is the Director of Webster Construction, with over 20 years’ experience delivering sophisticated construction projects across health, commercial and infrastructure sectors in Australia and the UK.

His career includes senior roles with global Tier 1 contractors including Lendlease, Multiplex and Kane Constructions, where he was involved in the delivery of highly complex, high-profile projects such as major hospital redevelopments, government facilities and large-scale commercial buildings.

James brings a calm, methodical leadership style, underpinned by rigorous planning, attention to detail and a deep understanding of construction risk. He remains closely involved in each project to ensure standards are maintained and decisions are made with long-term outcomes in mind.
