Through trusted delivery partner HGW Projects, Webster Construction was engaged to deliver the marketing and sales suite designed by internationally renowned Paul Conrad Architects.
The project involved the meticulous refurbishment of a heritage-listed property, including the installation of new lead-lined coloured glass windows, restoration of original heritage windows, conservation of pressed metal ceilings, structural alterations, installation of new and replica heritage skirtings, polished timber flooring and external landscaping. The highly detailed restoration demanded exceptional craftsmanship and careful attention to preserving the building’s historic character.
